Dental Veneers for a Shining Smile

Teeth whitening can remove a discoloration and dental fillings can remove a decay. If teeth are uneven, something more is needed to bring a smile on your face to get smiles back from others. Veneers are you way, and we are your vehicle on that way.

In a dental veneers procedure, we cover your visible teeth area. (Upper teeth area visible while smiling, and lower teeth area visible while talking.) Depending upon your need and resources, we apply direct or indirect veneers.

In direct veneers (also known as bonding), we place and bond a composite resin on the outside of the teeth. This is generally completed in a single visit.

Indirect veneers are more aesthetic, and costlier, than direct veneers. In indirect veneers, we:

prepare the teeth for proper adhesion;

take impressions of teeth;

give temporary coverings to the teeth;

get custom-made veneers, made of porcelain or pressed ceramic;

ask you to revisit us after 2 to 3 weeks;

remove the temporary coverings; and

bond veneers to the teeth.

Lumineers are a special type of indirect veneers, which use a proprietary composite material instead of porcelein or pressed ceramic. The material is so adhesive that teeth surface is not removed during the teeth preparation.
